Today’s exchange is the outcome of the efforts of the Joint Centre for Coordination of the Search and Liberation of Prisoners of War, the Coordination Staff for the Treatment of PoWs, and other agencies that carried out the order of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
