Today’s exchange is the result of the efforts of the Joint Centre for the Coordination of Search for and Liberation of Prisoners of War, the Coordination Staff for the Treatment of PoWs and other authorised bodies, which carried out the order of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
