SSU serves notice of suspicion to daughter of ex-minister of defence of Ukraine

The SSU has exposed the daughter of the former minister of defence of Ukraine (2012-2014) on anti-Ukrainian activities. According to the investigation, the woman managed the enterprises that supplied goods and equipment for russia’s military-industrial complex.

Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office has notified her of suspicion in absentia of offences under Articles 27.3, 110-2 of the CCU - financing of actions committed with the purpose of forceful change or overthrow of constitutional order or seizure of state power, change of borders of the territory or state border of Ukraine.

These crimes are punishable by 10 years of imprisonment with deprivation of right to hold certain positions and confiscation of property.

In June this year, following the SSU’s investigation, the court seized and handed over to ARMA 645 railway cars, 30 land plots and 30 real estate objects that belonged to the family of this minister of Yanukovych times.

The SSU continues to work to identify and bring to justice all traitors and collaborators who act to the detriment of Ukraine’s state interests.
