SSU notifies suspicion to moscow propagandist who was first to justify ruscists for blowing up Kakhovka HPP
The SSU Counterintelligence and investigators have collected evidence on another enemy propagandist engaged in information and subversive activities against Ukraine.
The suspect is an Odesa native, a pro-kremlin blogger Yulia Lozanova, better known under the alias Yulia Vityazeva.
In 2015, she moved to moscow and began to actively spread fakes on the socio-political situation in Ukraine.
With the beginning of russia’s full-scale invasion, Vityazeva has used all the media platforms available to her to publicly support russia’s armed aggression.
On June 6, 2023, the propagandist was one of the first to actively justify russian occupiers for blowing up the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant.
To do this, the moscow blogger published posts on her Telegram channel, which has almost 100,000 subscribers.
In addition, Vityazeva regularly disseminates anti-Ukrainian content on the russian channel Solovyov.live and raises money for the occupation troops.
The SSU-initiated examinations confirmed the facts of her subversive activities against Ukraine.
Based on the evidence collected, SSU investigators notified the blogger of suspicion under two Articles of the CCU:
- 111-1.6 (collaboration);
- 436-2.2, 436-2.3 (justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).
Vityazeva is hiding from prosecution in russia. Efforts are underway to bring her to justice for crimes against Ukraine.
The suspect is facing up to 12 years in prison.
The SSU Lviv Office carried out the investigation under the procedural supervision of the regional Prosecutor’s Office.
