Terrorist adviser headed so-called Ministry of youth policy served notice of suspicion
The evidence base on collaborator Yulia Velychko - the so-called minister of russian youth policy in the TOT of Luhansk region - has been completed owing to the SSU. In June 2013 the defendant was assigned for the position. Prior to her designation, the collaborator acted as the adviser to ringleader of the so-called Lnr - Pasichnyk. That time she called on the local youth to back russian invaders in the aftermath of the all-out invasion.
Heading as the minister, the collaborator has been managing the activity of an aggressor-established youth parliament of the so-called Lnr which serves as an invasion pseudo-institution aimed at creating the illusion of support for the Kremlin regime among the youth of occupied Luhansk region.
Besides, Velychko was supervising the recruitment of candidates among the local youth for the youth parliament at the russian state duma in Moscow. While there, the young "delegates" undergo ideological "processing" in favor of the Kremlin and receive "manuals" on how to involve their peers from the occupied Donbas in the aggressive war against Ukraine.
On the evidence grounds, the SSU has served Velychko a notice of suspicion under Part 5 Article 111-1 of the CCU.
At present, the suspect is absconding from justice in the temporarily occupied part of the east of our country.
In this regard, complex measures are being taken to bring her to justice for crimes against Ukraine.
The offender is facing up to 10 years of imprisonment.
The investigation was held under the supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office.
