SSU completes investigation against ruscist who shot resident of Kyiv region to steal mobile phone
The SSU has collected evidence against another russian occupier involved in mass killings of civilians during the battle for Kyiv.
The perpetrator is Timur Seferov, a 32-year-old contract soldier of the 15th separate motorized rifle brigade of russia’s central military district.
In the occupied village of Mokrets, Brovary district, the ruscist, together with other invaders, fired on private homes, broke into them and stole people’s property.
According to the investigation, during one of these ‘raids’ Seferov tried to take a mobile phone from a 53-year-old local man.
When he resisted, the russian fired several shots from an assault rifle at him right in the man’s yard.
The victim died on the spot as a result of severe gunshot wounds.
Based on the collected evidence, the SSU notified Seferov of suspicion in absentia under Article 438.2 of the CCU (violation of laws and customs of war).
The SSU will place the suspect on the international wanted list.
Efforts are underway to find the war criminal and bring him to justice.
The investigation was carried out by the SSU Office in Kyiv and Kyiv region under the procedural supervision of Kyiv Region Prosecutor’s Office.
