The SSU has collected irrefutable evidence that the Secretary of the Chechen Republic’s Security Council Apti Aronovich ALAUDINOV committed a crime against Ukraine’s national security.

It has been documented that in March-April 2022, he directly participated in russia’s armed aggression and in the seizure of Ukrainian territories.

Apti Alaudinov was personally in the combat zone in the cities of Rubizhne, Kreminna, Severodonetsk and gave orders to the servicemen of akhmat detachment.

As a result, these settlements were occupied by the enemy according to the ‘scorched earth’ method:

• infrastructure completely destroyed;
• thousands of civilians killed and injured;
• tens of thousands of people left without homes.

The kremlin appreciated ‘merits’ of the Chechen commander by awarding him the hero of russia star, while the fake government of the so-called LNR gave him the hero of the LNR title.

Kadyrov honoured his colleague with a promotion, appointing him to a major position - secretary of the Security Council of the Chechen Republic.

The SSU has notified Alaudinov of suspicion of crime under Article 110.2 of the CCU (committing deliberate actions aimed at changing the boundaries of the territory and the state border of Ukraine in violation of the procedure established by the Constitution of Ukraine, by a group of persons, upon a prior conspiracy). His location is being established.

The investigation is underway to identify other crimes committed by the suspect against Ukraine.

The SSU Office in Donetsk and Luhansk regions is carrying out the investigation under the procedural supervision of Luhansk Region Prosecutor’s Office.

The SSU will continue to systematically document crimes of the russian occupation army.
