SSU serves suspicion notices to another three ruscist officials, including head of occupiers’ Donbasgaz
The SSU has documented the crimes of another three russian citizens who head occupation authorities in the temporarily captured areas of Ukraine and publicly justify russia’s armed aggression.
In Donetsk region:
The so-called ‘director general of Donbasgaz concern’ Andriy Ichenko has been notified of suspicion.
According to the investigation, Ichenko was appointed to the ‘position’ in 2018 with terrorist Pushilin’s personal ‘support’.
Since then, the ‘official’ has been fulfilling moscow’s instructions to ensure supply of russian gas to the leaders of the terrorist organization ‘DNR’.
Ichenko has also followed the aggressor’s orders to replenish russian occupation troops with Donbasgaz employees.
In Zaporizhzhia region:
The SSU identified a russian propagandist who heads ‘Rozivka village administration’ established by the invaders: the ‘official’ is Andrey Markin, a citizen of russia.
Markin is known as an author of books on urban warfare tactics and an organizer of World War II reenactments.
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he publicly supported russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine.
He was appointed to the ‘position’ by gauleiter Balytsky, a fan of Markin’s ‘work’.
Serving the occupation ‘authorities’, he organized russia’s sham referendum in the temporarily captured village.
Based on the collected evidence, SSU investigators notified both offenders of suspicion under Article 110.2 of the CCU (encroachment on Ukraine’s territorial integrity and inviolability).
The SSU also documented the subversive activities of a russian citizen Serhiy Savchuk, a propagandist for the enemy news outlets RIA Novosti and Zvezda.
On his Telegram and YouTube channels, Savchuk has been spreading fakes about the situation at the front, glorifying ruscists and advocating for the continuation of mobilization in the aggressor state.
The propagandist has been notified of suspicion under Article 436 of the CCU (propaganda of war).
The suspects are hiding from prosecution in russia and in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. The efforts to bring them to justice are underway.
The investigations were carried out by the SSU Offices in Zaporizhzhia, Khmelnytskyi, Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office.
