SSU declares two ‘officials’ from russian ‘prosecutor’s office and interior ministry’ in Donetsk suspects: one of them fabricated case against Taira

The SSU has exposed another two members of the terrorist organization ‘DNR’, who, together with russian invaders, massively persecute residents of the temporarily occupied Donbas.

One of them is the traitor Tsarenko N.V., the so-called ‘investigator’ of the occupation ‘prosecutor general’s office’ in Donetsk, who fabricated a ‘case’ against Ukrainian paramedic Yulia Payevska, ‘Taira’.

After Payevska was abducted in Mariupol, the ‘investigator’ tried to trump up ‘death by firing squad’ charges against her for providing medical care to the wounded and evacuating children and women from the besieged city.

According to the investigation, the ‘official’ is a resident of Kharkiv who, after obtaining a law degree at a local educational institution, moved to the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk oblast.

After the start of russia’s full-scale invasion, he offered the ruscists and their gauleiters his assistance in the war against Ukraine.

Based on the evidence collected, SSU investigators notified him of suspicion under Article 111.2 of the CCU (high treason committed under martial law).

The other suspect is a resident of Donetsk, a former official of the disbanded militsiya. The woman supported the terrorists in eastern Ukraine back in 2014.

For this, the local occupation leadership appointed her a ‘senior inspector of the automobile inspection unit of the DNR’s MIA’.

In this ‘position’, she participated in illegal searches of Donetsk residents’ cars and forced local drivers to ‘re-register’ their vehicles to russian license plates.

SSU investigators have now notified the ‘inspector’ of suspicion under two Articles of the CCU:

  • 111-1.7 (collaboration);
  • 258-3.1 (participation in a terrorist group or terrorist organization).

Both suspects are hiding from justice in the temporarily occupied territory; efforts are underway to bring them to justice for crimes against Ukraine.

The investigation was conducted by the SSU Office in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural supervision of Donetsk Region Prosecutor’s Office.
