SSU notifies another 5 collaborators of suspicion: they help russia in temporarily occupied territories (video)
The SSU has exposed several former officials from Donetsk and Luhansk regions on collaborative activities.
One of the suspects is a ‘banker’ who, in collusion with his russian supervisors, created and headed a pseudo-entity in Mariupol, which in its functionality resembles a financial institution – ‘the DNR Central Bank’.
The occupiers instructed the traitor to withdraw Ukrainian hryvnia from circulation, seize the premises of Ukrainian banks to expand the infrastructure of the newly formed branch and recruit ‘staff’ from among former and current employees of financial institutions.
Two more collaborators defected to the enemy voluntarily. They agreed to temporarily head illegal entities in Troitsky and Svativsky districts of Luhansk region. The entities are the so-called ‘United Territorial Branches of State Institution - LNR Republican Employment Centers.’
The SSU also exposed a member of Milove village council, who represented the banned Opposition Platform – For Life party, on collaboration with the enemy.
The woman residing in Starobilsk district, under martial law, voluntarily took a leading position in an illegally established authority and became the ‘deputy head of Milove District Administration of LNR.’
Another supporter of the ‘russian world’ during the temporary occupation of Kherson voluntarily took the position of the so-called ‘head of Education and Science Department’ in the enemy’s occupation administration in Kherson region.
The SSU is conducting a pre-trial investigation into all these suspects under Article 111-1 of the CCU (collaboration). For them, ‘career’ in the occupying authorities can cost 10 years in prison.
The SSU continues to gather evidence on collaborators who have sided with the enemy and are helping to establish russia’s occupation regime in Ukraine.
