SSU and Defence Forces strike oil terminal at Tuapse port again

Drones from the SSU Alfa Special Operations Centre, in coordination with other components of the Security and Defence Forces (Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and Unmanned Systems Forces), have once again struck the infrastructure of the Tuapse seaport and the Tuapse Oil Refinery in the Krasnodar krai, russia.

The seaport oil terminal and the Tuapse Oil Refinery are critical production facilities and logistics hubs that link the extraction, refining, and export of russian oil. The Tuapse Oil Refinery is russia’s only oil refinery on the Black Sea coast. Its capacity is nearly 12 million tons of oil per year.

As a result of the strike by Ukrainian drones, a fire broke out in the tanks containing an oil-fuel mixture. A column of black smoke is rising above the terminal.

The SSU continues to dismantle russia’s economic engine by systematically targeting the facilities that generate petrodollar revenue. These strategic operations directly degrade moscow’s capacity to fund its war against Ukraine. Such missions will continue.
