SSU drone strikes halt production at Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant (video)

For the second time this month, the SSU Main Directorate in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, together with the 1st Separate Centre of Unmanned Systems of the AFU, have struck the Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant – one of the key industrial facilities that the occupiers use to support their military production.

The plant’s products are supplied to russia’s Uralvagonzavod, where military equipment is manufactured for the russian army, including T-90M Proryv tanks and Msta-S howitzers.

After identifying the locations of the plant’s critical production facilities, strikes were carried out against them using Fire Point’s FP-2 drones.

As a result of the strikes, blast furnaces, key production workshops, distillation columns, gas pipelines, and power substations that support the plant’s operations were damaged. Due to the damage inflicted, the plant has ceased operations.

The Security Service of Ukraine, together with the Armed Forces of Ukraine, will continue to systematically degrade the enemy’s capabilities in the military-industrial sphere!
