SSU strikes two russian fighter jets at Adygea military airfield: Su-35 and Su-34
Last night, the Security Service of Ukraine successfully attacked the Khanskaya military airfield in the Republic of Adygea, russia. The distance to the target was about 500 km.
Drones of the SSU Alfa Special Operations Centre struck:
- a Su-35 (a multi-role fighter considered one of russia’s most advanced combat aircraft, export value: approximately USD 100 million)
- a Su-34 (a fighter-bomber, a key aircraft in the russian tactical air force, export value: roughly USD 50 million)
- an ammunition depot on the airfield grounds.
Both aircraft carry guided aerial bombs, which the enemy is using extensively on the front line and against Ukrainian cities.
The Security Service of Ukraine is systematically targeting russian military installations, steadily degrading russia’s ability to wage war against Ukraine. The enemy’s strikes on Ukrainian cities, civilian and critical infrastructure will not go unpunished.
