SSU strikes russian oil pumping station near Perm, over 1500 km from Ukraine

Carrying out the tasks set by the President of Ukraine, the SSU Alfa Special Operations Centre struck the Perm Linear Production and Dispatch Station last night, located over 1,500 km from the border with Ukraine.

It belongs to Transneft JSC and is a strategically important hub of russia’s main oil transportation system. Oil is distributed in four directions through the station, including to the Perm Oil Refinery.

A massive fire broke out at the oil pumping station as a result of the SSU’s drone attack. According to preliminary reports, nearly all oil storage tanks are on fire.

‘The Security Service is systematically degrading russia’s export potential and undermining its economic foundation, which funds the war against Ukraine. Damage to oil logistics creates a shortage of resources for the russian military-industrial complex, disrupts fuel supply chains for the army, and forces the enemy to spend significant resources on restoring and protecting oil infrastructure,’ underscored the Acting Head of the SSU Yevheniy Khmara.
