Kherson region: SSU notifies suspicion to 31 collaborators of so called occupation ministry of internal affairs of russia who tortured Ukrainian patriots
The SSU is systemically exposing traitors and collaborators in the temporarily occupied areas of Ukraine.
As a result of the investigation, 31 more enemy accomplices were identified and notified of suspicion. They joined the so called Kherson region main office of the ministry of internal affairs of the russian federation created by the aggressor in the temporarily occupied area. There traitors were appointed to the Novokakhovka and Oleshky departments of the russian occupation police.
The personnel were recruited under the supervision of FSB officers.
The collaborators took part in the punitive operations carried out by the ruscists against members of the resistance movement in the region.
Their criminal actions included mass abductions of people and plundering of their private property.
The facts of the imprisonment of local residents in russian torture chambers, equipped in the temporarily seized buildings, were documented.
The detainees were tortured in order to force them to cooperate.
The exposed collaborators also used repressions to intimidate civilians and ensure their participation in a fake referendum on the region's "accession" to russia.
Based on the evidence collected, the following officials of the so called occupation authorities were notified of suspicion under Article 111.1 of the CCU (collaboration):
1. Hanzha Ihor Olehovych – head of Oleshky district police department;
2. Yatsenko Yurii Olehovych – deputy head of the department - head of the criminal police of Oleshky district police department;
3. Korianov Volodymyr Viacheslavovych – head of the division of Oleshky city police district;
4. Rudyk Andrii Oleksandrovych Рудика Андрій Олександрович – head of the division of Oleshky city police district;
5. Volkov Vlasyslav Vadymovych – deputy head of Oleshky district police department;
6. Volodarets Oleh Olehovych – chief of staff of Oleshky city police district;
7. Kravchenko Oleksandr Mykolaiovych – senior investigator of the criminal investigation division of the Oleshky district police department;
8. Stepanskyi Oleksandr Damianovych – senior investigator of Oleshky municipal district of the ministry of internal affairs;
9. Iliasov Amet Arsenovych – senior investigator of the criminal investigation division of the Oleshky district police department;
10. Lozovyi Volodymyr Volodymyrovych – investigator of the criminal investigation division of the Oleshky district police department;
11. Sharyi Serhii Mykolaiovych – head of the division of district police inspectors of Oleshky district police department;
12. Filippov Eduard Yuriiovych – deputy head of the division of district police inspectors of Oleshky district police department;
13. Shapoval Oleksii Serhiiovych – inspector of the division of district police inspectors of Oleshky district police department;
14. Kovalchuk Oleksandr Vasylovych – inspector of Oleshky municipal district of the ministry of internal affairs;
15. Babych Oleksandr Hennadiiovych – police officer of the police patrol and post service of Oleshky municipal district of the ministry of internal affairs;
16. Ulmaskulov Ruslan Volodymyrovych – police officer of the police patrol and post service of Oleshky municipal district of the ministry of internal affairs;
17. Kryvospytslyi Yurii Leonidovych – commander of the commandant's platoon of Oleshky district of the ministry of internal affairs;
18. Pryshchepa Hennadii Borysovych – deputy commander of the commandant's platoon of Oleshky district of the ministry of internal affairs;
19. Sukhandani Rasim Mekhmanovych – police officer of the commandant's platoon of Oleshky district of the ministry of internal affairs;
20. Pulinets Roman Stanislavovych – police officer of the commandant's platoon of Oleshky district of the ministry of internal affairs;
21. Mukhminov Ruslab Serhiiovych – police officer of the commandant's platoon of Oleshky district of the ministry of internal affairs;
22. Filenko Serhii Serhiiovych – police officer of the commandant's platoon of Oleshky district of the ministry of internal affairs;
23. Kudas Yurii Yuriiovych – police officer of the security and convoy division of Oleshky municipal district of the ministry of internal affairs;
24. Syrota Hennadii Mykolaiovych – police officer of the security and convoy division of Oleshky municipal district of the ministry of internal affairs;
25. Tereshchenko Oleksandr Dmytrovych – official of Oleshky district police station;
26. Kyselov Ihor Mykolaiovych– duty officer of Oleshky municipal district of the ministry of internal affairs;
27. Sharov Viktor Olehovych– official of Oleshky district police station;
28. Kamshylov Oleh Oleksiiovych – police driver of Oleshky district police station;
29. Korsia Serhii Mykhailovych – police driver of Oleshky district police station;
30. Dudchenko Kostiantyn Leonidovych – police driver of Oleshky district police station;
31. Zyma Yevdokym Serhiiovych– deputy duty officer of Oleshky municipal district of the ministry of internal affairs.
The criminals are currently hiding from justice in the temporarily occupied part of southern Ukraine. The investigation is ongoing to bring the collaborators to justice. They are facing fair punishment.
The operation was carried out jointly with the Internal Security Department of the National Police under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
