SSU exposes collaborator involved in forced ‘passportization’ during Kherson’s occupation

The SSU has exposed another enemy accomplice who collaborated with the aggressor during Kherson’s occupation.

After the city was captured, she supported the invaders and in June 2022 joined the occupation ‘main directorate of the ministry of internal affairs in Kherson Region’.

There she was appointed ‘inspector of the citizenship department’. In this ‘position’, the collaborator drew up occupation documentation on forced deportation of Ukrainians.

Her duties also included illegal issuance of passports for Kherson residents.

After the liberation of Kherson, the collaborator remained in the city, but moved to her friends’ apartment, hoping to evade justice.

The SSU has collected sufficient evidence of her unlawful activities and found her.

She has been served a notice of suspicion under Article 111-1.7 of the CCU (collaboration).

The suspect is in custody without the right to be released on bail. The investigation is ongoing. The offender faces up to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.

The operation was carried out by the SSU Kherson Office jointly with the National Police under the procedural supervision of the regional Prosecutor’s Office.
