SSU exposes anti-Ukrainian activities by leaders of pseudo-religious AllatRa sect (video)

The SSU jointly with the National Police neutralized the international criminal organization AllatRa. As a result of a special operation in Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine, subversive activities in the interests of russian special services of more than 20 cells of this group were shut down.

Under the guise of "missionary work," members of the religious sect justified russia's armed aggression and publicly promoted the kremlin's narratives of creating a "union of Slavic peoples" under moscow's leadership.

The sect had a hierarchical structure and "representative offices" in each regional center of Ukraine.

The AllatRa cells widely encouraged local residents to join the sect and promote the kremlin's ideas.

To find adherents and spread pro-russian narratives, the offenders created a YouTube channel with almost half a million subscribers.

The AllatRa organizers also opened a network of their media and online resources, Telegram channels, and TikTok pages. They published propaganda content and videos, promoting pro-kremlin narratives under the guise of the so-called "creative society."

Moreover, the offenders urged the russian occupiers to carry out massive missile and bomb attacks on the civilian infrastructure of Ukrainian cities.

The investigation resulted in strong evidence of the guilt of the AllatRa leadership and active members.

According to findings, the leaders of the group illegally traveled abroad in the spring of 2022, using forged documents on removal from the military registration.

Staying in one of the European countries, they remotely continued to manage their criminal organization in Ukraine.

The SSU-initiated examination confirmed the facts of AllatRa's subversive activities in the interests of the aggressor country.

In addition, it was established that the pro-russian sect created its "branches" in russia, belarus and several other countries in Europe, Central Asia, and the United States.

During the searches of the sect's cells and the suspects' homes in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Kirovohrad, Volyn, Sumy and Kharkiv regions, the SSU found computer equipment, mobile phones, literature, documents, and other evidence of illegal activity.

Based on the evidence collected, AllatRa leaders and members are to be notified of suspicion under the following Articles of the CCU:

  • 111.1, 111.2 (high treason);
  • 255 (creation, leadership of a criminal community or criminal organization, as well as participation in it);
  • 436-1 (propaganda of the communist totalitarian regime);
  • 436-2 (justification, recognition of the legitimacy, denial of the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).

The investigation is ongoing to identify and bring all involved individuals to justice. The suspects face up to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

The operation was carried out under the supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office.
