SSU blocks Kyiv-based IT company that developed software for occupation administrations in Eastern Ukraine (video)

In particular, the company provided the enemy with software for paying utility bills.

The heads of occupation administrations used the funds received from the residents to finance groups of the so-called L/DNR, which take part in russia’s full-scale aggression against Ukraine.

Using illegal software, occupiers remitted over UAH 10 million to the militants’ ‘budget’.

The unlawful business was organized by the head of the company that signed contracts with representatives of occupation administrations to maintain their computer systems.

Over 10 employees were directly involved in software development and administration. To disguise their activities, they were dispersed across various regions, including the temporarily occupied territories.

Mainly, their ‘customers’ were gas and water supply enterprises and entities taken over by occupiers.
