SSU detains official of Kyiv Administrative Services Centre who called on to kill Ukrainians

In Kyiv, the SSU detained a pro-kremlin agitator who in social networks justified russia’s war crimes.

According to the investigation, the aggressors’ accomplice is an official of one of Kyiv Centres for Administrative Services. She created a fake account in a social network after the full-scale invasion started.

There, the woman published her ‘posts’ under the nickname Alyona Donskaya.

Among other things, she called on Ukrainians to seize state power and campaigned to support russia’s occupation forces.

The devotee of the ‘russian world’ justified the occupiers’ crimes, including strikes on Ukrainian cities and killing of civilians.

She drew narratives and topics for her posts from russian propaganda resources.

On the agitator’s Internet page, investigators recorded 25 episodes, which, according to the findings of a forensic psychological and linguistic examination, pose a threat to Ukraine’s state security.

The detainee has been notified of suspicion of offences under five Articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

  • 109.2 (actions aimed at forceful change or overthrow of constitutional order or at seizure of state power);
  • 110.2 (trespass against territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine);
  • 161.1 (violation of equality of citizens depending on their racial, national, regional belonging, religious beliefs, disability and on other grounds);
  • 436-1.1 (production, dissemination of communist and nazi symbols and propaganda of communist and national-socialist (nazi) totalitarian regimes);
  • 436-2.3 (justifying, recognizing as legitimate, denying russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine, glorifying its participants).

Court has selected custody as a measure of restraint.

The SSU Office in Kyiv and Kyiv region carried out the investigation together with the National Police under the procedural supervision of Dniprovskyi District Prosecutor’s Office of Kyiv.
