SSU detains collaborator who hid in occupied territory of Kharkiv region
According to the investigation, the woman actively cooperated with the occupiers. In May 2022, she agreed to take the pseudo-position of the head of an organization and information unit in the local administration in the temporarily occupied Shevchenkove village.
In July 2022, the accomplice of occupier was, in absentia, notified of suspicion of collaboration (Article 111-1.5 of the CCU) and declared wanted.
After the liberation of the village, the law enforcement located the collaborator and detained her. Court has ruled to keep the suspect in custody.
The operation was carried out by the SSU Office in Kharkiv region under the procedural supervision of Kharkiv Region Prosecutor’s Office.
