SSU detains another five pro-russian agitators who justified russia’s war and waited for full occupation of Ukraine
The SSU has apprehended another five pro-russian agitators in several regions of Ukraine. They justified russia’s armed aggression and wished for occupation of all of Ukraine.
In Kyiv:
A 51-year-old blogger has been detained. He already has a conviction for spreading kremlin propaganda but repeated the crime during his probation period.
The individual posted provocative streams on TikTok, in which he praised russia’s top military and political leadership and justified the occupation of Ukraine.
In Kharkiv:
A resident of Kharkiv has been notified of suspicion of spreading fakes about the Ukrainian military on russian Telegram channels.
The woman also justified enemy’s missile and bomb attacks on Ukrainian civilian infrastructure and called on ruscists to occupy the entire region.
In Donetsk region:
Three residents were detained for glorifying putin and the leaders of russian terrorist groups on the banned social networks Odnoklassniki and Vkontakte.
During the searches, the SSU seized mobile phones and computer equipment with evidence of subversive activities against Ukraine.
SSU investigators have notified the detainees of suspicion (in accordance with the crimes committed) under the Articles of the CCU:
- 110.1 (encroachment on Ukraine’s territorial integrity and inviolability);
- 436-2 (justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).
The operations were carried out by the SSU regional offices under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor’s Offices.
