SSU detains family of traitors working for FSB to prepare missile strikes on Ukraine and bury ruscists’ remains near Kyiv (video)
The SSU’s cyber units have uncovered two FSB agents operating in Kyiv region.
The recruited father and son were preparing russian missile strikes on Kyiv region.
The perpetrators passed to the enemy the geolocations of the Defence Forces, including the servicemen of the AFU Special Operations Forces, as well as coordinates of industrial workshops where Ukrainian drones were manufactured.
Using the data provided by these assets, the aggressor planned to carry out missile attacks on Ukrainian targets.
However, the SSU thwarted this: as a result of a special operation in Kyiv region, both traitors were identified and detained, their criminal actions – documented.
Simultaneously, measures were taken to protect the AFU units and the production facilities.
Among other things, these FSB agents were performing another task of the russian service – searching for the remains of ruscists who died during the battle for Kyiv.
They collected fragments of the occupiers’ bodies in containers, took them to the forests of Kyiv region and buried them.
A ‘photo report’ was then sent to the FSB with a georeferenced location and coordinates of the burial site.
The investigation revealed that the suspects had previously served in law enforcement.
After dismissal, they were recruited remotely by an FSB officer who noticed the men due to their anti-Ukrainian comments on YouTube.
In the early stages of cooperation with the enemy, the son even conducted online training in tactical medicine for the militants of the russian unit Akhmat.
For the completed assignments, the invaders transferred money to the agents’ bank cards.
During the searches, the SSU seized mobile phones and other material evidence of the crime.
SSU investigators have notified both detained individuals of suspicion under Article 111.2 of the CCU (high treason, committed under martial law).
The suspects are in custody and face life imprisonment.
The operation was carried out by the SSU under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
