SSU detains UOC-MP church chorister who adjusted enemy missile strikes on AFU positions near Zaporizhzhia

The SSU detained another supporter of ruscism who adjusted russian air attacks on Zaporizhzhia and was awaiting full occupation of the region.

According to the investigation, the traitor is a chorister and a wife of a rector of a local UOC-MP church (Ukrainian Orthodox Church of moscow patriarchate).

The SSU has established that the occupiers had used the coordinates provided by her to try to hit locations of the Defence Forces near Zaporizhzhia.

The enemy was interested in temporary deployment points of the AFU units involved in counteroffensive on Berdiansk and Melitopol directions.

The SSU located and detained the aggressor’s informant in her home in a village near Zaporizhzhia.

The perpetrator has been supporting the occupiers’ criminal actions since the full-scale invasion and hoped this entire southern region of Ukraine would be occupied.

On many occasions, she expressed her position by telephone to her friends in moscow.

Later, the traitor began tracking locations of the AFU personnel and military equipment in the area.

She used a messenger app to transmit the information to her acquaintances in russia, who then ‘reported’ it to the russian intelligence services.

During the searches at the suspect’s home, investigators found a mobile phone that the woman used to transmit intelligence.

Based on the evidence collected, the SSU served the detainee a notice of suspicion under Article 114-2.2 of the CCU (unauthorized dissemination of information on sending, transfer of weapons and ammunition to Ukraine, movement, transfer or deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, committed under martial law).

The investigation is underway.

The operation was carried out by the SSU Office in Zaporizhzhia region under the procedural supervision of the regional Prosecutor’s Office.
