This is one of the largest manufacturers of concrete structures, which supplied products both to Ukraine and abroad.

The SSU has established that the end beneficiaries of the company are russian businessmen involved in financing the so-called ‘L/DNR’.

One of the beneficiaries belongs to putin’s inner circle and is a sponsor of election campaign of United Russia party. In addition, this entity is building housing for the personnel of the FSB and russian armed forces.

To avoid international sanctions and supply goods to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the management rebranded the company. However, due to the SSU’s efforts, the enterprise has been arrested.

In particular, the court seized assets worth over UAH 2 bln (USD 67 mln):

• 100% of corporate rights as authorized capital of UAH 437 mln (USD 12 mln);
• movable and immovable property of the enterprise with an estimated value of UAH 1.5 bln (USD 50 mln);
• 9 bank accounts with a total of over UAH 104 mln (USD 3.5 mln).

This was carried out within the criminal proceedings under the Articles of the CCU:

• 110-2.2 (financing of actions committed for the purpose of forcible change or overthrow of constitutional order or seizure of state power, change of borders of the territory or state border of Ukraine);
• 191.2 (appropriation, misappropriation of property or appropriating it through abuse of office).

By court decision, the seized property is transferred to be managed by the National Agency of Ukraine for Detection, Tracing and Management of Assets (ARMA).

The SSU carried out the operation under the procedural supervision of Podolsk District Prosecutor’s Office of Kyiv.
