Following SSU investigation, another traitor who directed russian guided aerial bomb strikes on defenders of Donetsk region sentenced to 15 years in prison

Based on evidence collected by the Security Service of Ukraine, another FSB agent who adjusted enemy strikes on Donetsk region has been sentenced to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.

The investigation established that the perpetrator directed russian guided aerial bombs, strike drones, and artillery fire at the locations of the Defence Forces in Kramatorsk sector.

The SSU detained her in July 2025 in the frontline town of Druzhkivka, where she was trying to identify coordinates of Ukrainian troops. The enemy was using these data to prepare air attacks.

The agent of russia’s federal security service turned out to be a local shop assistant who came to the attention of russian intelligence when she posted pro-kremlin comments on Telegram channels.

To gather intelligence, the woman was collecting information during casual conversations with visitors to the shop.

She was particularly interested in the geolocations of Ukrainian artillery firing positions that are holding back russian assaults on Kostyantynivka.

Other potential targets included reserve command posts and logistics depots with weapons and ammunition of Ukraine’s Defence Forces.

The perpetrator also used her phone camera to record military convoys moving toward the front line from the window of her own home.

A smartphone with an anonymous chat in a messenger app, which the traitor used to gather intelligence and contact her FSB handler, was seized during the search.

Based on the SSU’s investigation, the court found the accused guilty under Article 111.2 of the CCU – high treason, committed under martial law.

The investigation was conducted by the SSU Office in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural supervision of Donetsk Region Prosecutor’s Office.
