Following the investigation of the SSU and the SBI, the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal upheld the claim of the Ministry of Justice to ban the activity of the party of regions and transfer the property of this pro-russian political force to the state ownership of Ukraine.

The court’s decision applies to all assets of the banned party and its structural units in Ukraine’s regions.

Experts are currently establishing the value of this property.

Even before the full-scale invasion began, representatives of the party of regions actively supported the kremlin regime and publicly justified the occupation of parts of eastern Ukraine.

Some of the members of this political entity are now hiding from justice in russia.

However, the SSU and the State Bureau of Investigation have documented the unlawful actions of the party of regions and initiated the transfer of 100% of their property to the state budget.
