Following SSU’s investigation, russian blogger under suspicion for calling to ‘finish off the survivors’ after missile attack on Kharkiv

The SSU has collected evidence on russian blogger Elvina Borovkova, who publicly called for a genocide of Ukrainians.

The perpetrator is a member of putin’s propaganda pool, which approve of mass murder of Ukrainian citizens and complete destruction of our civilian infrastructure.

Borovkova praised the strike on Kharkiv on 22 February 2023, when the enemy used S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems.

The next day, the blogger urged the occupiers to attack the city again to ‘finish off the survivors’.

The propagandist has also recorded and published her own appeal to the russian military command, proposing to destroy Ukraine ‘to the ground’.

The investigation revealed that top pro-kremlin TV-channels used her videos to create their staged stories about the war in Ukraine.

The SSU-initiated examination confirmed the facts of the blogger’s information and subversive activities against Ukraine.

Based on the evidence, SSU investigators notified Borovkova of suspicion in absentia under Article 442.2 of the CCU (public calls for genocide).

As the suspect is hiding from prosecution in russia, efforts are underway to bring her to justice.

The investigation was carried out by the SSU Office in Kharkiv region under the procedural supervision of the regional prosecutor’s office.
