Following SSU investigation, russian ‘gauleiter’ in temporarily occupied Chornobaivka community is notified of suspicion (video)
His name is Yuriy Turulyov. He is a former chief of a local bus station.
The man voluntarily agreed to the occupiers’ proposal to head an unlawful authority and is now the so-called ‘head of Administration of Chornobaivka Territorial Community of Kherson Region.’
The ‘gauleiter’ not only supports ‘russkiy mir’ [russian world], but also persecutes pro-Ukrainian residents and illegally disposes of the communal property.
He has now been declared a suspect under Article 111-1.5 of the Criminal Code (collaborative activities).
The traitor faces up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
The pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings is carried out by the National Police investigators under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office and with the SSU’s operational support.
