SSU serves notice of suspicion to putin’s associate and deputy defense minister
The SSU investigators have gathered a large-scale evidence base on putin's ally, who is now the secretary of the state council of the russian federation, Oleksii Diumin, as well as on the deputy minister of defense of russia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov.
Both officials are members of putin's inner circle and help him to wage war against Ukraine.
According to the case, Oleksii Diumin, who used to be putin's bodyguard and later became the governor of the Tula region, "mobilized" the region for hostilities in our country.
In particular, he organized a partial mobilization of men in this area, created the Center for Unmanned Systems and set up the production of FPV drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles. He also instructed his subordinates to meet the military needs of the russian federation.
At the same time, deputy minister of defense Yunus-Bek Yevkurov provides constant training for contract servicemen and those mobilized into the russian armed forces, who then go to war in Ukraine.
The SSU investigators and prosecutors of the Prosecutor General’s Office served both defendants suspicion notices in absentia under Article 437 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (planning, preparation, initiation and conduct of an aggressive war).
The perpetrators are hiding from justice, so comprehensive measures are underway to punish them.
The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
