Following the investigation by the Security Service of Ukraine, an FSB agent detained in Poltava in April 2023 has been convicted to 15 years in prison and confiscation of property. She is the head of the local district court and had been recruited by the enemy. The traitor had leaked the locations of the Defence Forces in southern Ukraine and promoted ruscism.
According to the investigation, at the start of the large-scale war, the perpetrator was in Berdiansk, where she worked as a city and district court judge.
After the port city was captured, she made contact with russia’s federal security service and agreed to cooperate with them.
It has been established that in March 2022 she provided the occupiers with information on the movement of three Azov special forces fighters from Mariupol to Mangush.
Furthermore, it has been documented that the judge recommended candidates to her FSB handler for the positions of gauleiter of Berdiansk and head of the occupied local hospital.
At the same time, she urged her colleagues to support the kremlin regime and cooperate with the enemy.
In the summer of 2022, the official travelled to Ukrainian-controlled territory, where she subsequently secured a position at the Poltava District Court.
The SSU detained her at her office at the state institution.
Based on evidence collected by Security Service investigators, the court found the accused guilty under Article 111.2 of the CCU (high treason, committed under martial law).
The investigation was conducted by the SSU Office in the Zaporizhzhia region under the procedural supervision of the regional Prosecutor’s Office.
