Today’s exchange is the outcome of the efforts of the Joint Center for Coordination of Search and Liberation of Prisoners of War, the Coordination Staff for Treatment of PoWs and other agencies that carried out the order of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi.

As noted by the Head of our State, Ukraine expects that the agreements on humanitarian issues reached in Istanbul will be fully implemented.
