Today’s exchange is the result of the efforts of the Joint Centre for Coordination of Search and Liberation of Prisoners of War, the Coordination Staff for Treatment of PoWs, and other authorised agencies that carried out the orders of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
