Based on the investigation by the Security Service, an enemy agent who committed acts of sabotage in Dnipropetrovsk region has been sentenced to 15 years in prison. On russia’s orders, the perpetrator burned cars belonging to the Defense Forces and energy facilities on Ukrainian railways.

The Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine conducted a joint special operation, as a result of which two russian SU-34 fighter-bombers were destroyed at the Marynivka airfield and two more were damaged. These multi-role fighter jets are actively used by russia on the front line for bombing, including for dropping guided aerial bombs.

The SSU Counterintelligence prevented illegal sale of the latest technologies of Ukraine’s defense industry. As a result of an operation in Odesa, a representative of a private company has been detained for offering a bribe to obtain classified documentation on aviation developments.

At the initiative of the Security Service of Ukraine, since the start of the full-scale invasion almost 15 000 sanctions have been imposed on russian individuals and legal entities, including more than 3 400 restrictive measures against russia’s military-industrial complex. This was announced by Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Brigadier General Serhiy Naumiuk during his speech at the Fair Play Conference.

The Security Service of Ukraine has dealt another painful blow to the occupiers. This time, on the night of June 28, SSU drones attacked the Kirovskoye military airfield in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
In Odesa, the SSU cyber units have apprehended another two agents of russia’s military intelligence (‘the GRU’). The perpetrators worked in pair and adjusted the aggressor’s attacks on the Defense Forces in southern Ukraine.
