When considering the approval of appointments of individuals to the positions of deputy heads of enterprises, institutions, and organizations responsible for security matters, heads of security departments and their deputies, as well as the head of a classified archives unit, in addition to the requirements of the Procedure for Organizing and Ensuring the Classification Regime in State Bodies, Local Self-Government Bodies, Enterprises, Institutions, and Organizations (approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 939 dated December 18, 2013), shall take into account the provisions of the Methodological Recommendations on the Procedure for Approval by the Security Service of Ukraine of the Appointment of a Person to the Position of Deputy Head of an Enterprise, Institution, or Organization for Security Matters, Head of a Security and Classification Body and His or Her Deputy, an Employee Entrusted with Responsibilities for Ensuring the Classification Regime, and Head of the Classified Archives Unit of an Enterprise, Institution, or Organization.
