Anti-Corruption Programme
An Anti-Corruption programme is a strategic document that establishes the policies, procedures, and measures for detecting, combating and preventing corruption within a public authority or legal entity. It provides a framework for risk assessment, staff training and control mechanisms.
The key components of an anti-corruption programme include:
- assessment of corruption risks;
- measures to minimise corruption risks;
- awareness-raising for staff; and
- control and monitoring of measures to minimise corruption risks.
