The SSU Counterintelligence prevented the contract killing of a Defence Forces serviceman in Zaporizhzhia. As a result of pre-emptive action, an FSB agent who was preparing to assassinate a soldier from an elite reconnaissance unit of the AFU Air Assault Troops has been detained in the city.

The Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police have detained an enemy agent who committed a terrorist attack on 4 January this year in Kyiv. She was apprehended in hot pursuit within a few hours after the attack.
