The events on the EU - Belarus border are part of hybrid warfare, and the Security Service is taking a full range of measures to prevent a similar scenario in Ukraine. This was stated by the Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine Ivan Bakanov after an interagency meeting on state border protection in Lutsk.

The SSU exposed criminal networks on counterfeiting and selling fake COVID-certificates and PCR tests. The illegal activities were disrupted in Kyiv, Lviv and Rivne regions. In total, offenders issued over 10,000 fakes.
