Based on the evidence collected by the Security Service of Ukraine, an enemy agent has been sentenced to 15 years in prison and confiscation of property. The perpetrator was exposed by the Security Service of Ukraine in November 2025 in Chernivtsi. He had been directing russian airstrikes at the city and calling for continued shelling of Ukraine’s western region.

Acting Head of the Security Service, Major General Yevheniy Khmara, joined in congratulating representatives of Ukraine’s defence industry on Gunsmith’s Day. The event took place in Kyiv, where Ukrainian weapons manufacturers were first congratulated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The ceremony was also attended by National Security and Defence Council Secretary Rustem Umerov, representatives of the Ministry of Defence and the General Staff, military personnel, and arms manufacturers.
