SSU and Defence Forces strike St Petersburg oil terminal

Strikes on schedule: first week results of SSU’s 40-day pressure campaign

Over the past week, the SSU Special Operations Centre Alfa has carried out 13 long- and medium-range strikes on key military targets behind enemy lines. This operation forms part of the 40-day campaign authorised by the President of Ukraine to put pressure on the aggressor state and compel russia to end the war.

Following SSU investigation, FSB agent sentenced to 15 years in prison for adjusting russian strikes on Dnipro and arson of railway equipment

Based on evidence collected by the Security Service of Ukraine, an agent of russia’s federal security service, exposed in September 2024 for guiding strikes on the Dnipropetrovsk region – has been sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment and confiscation of property.

Former Ukraine MoD Department Director named suspect in faulty mortar scheme

With the assistance of the Minister of Defence, the SSU Military Counterintelligence has exposed the embezzlement of public funds by the former director of the Ministry of Defence’s Department of Military-Technical Policy for the Development of Armaments and Military Equipment. The official was involved in the procurement of defective 120-millimetre mortars for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2023, totalling UAH 182 million (USD 4.1 mln).
