The SSU Counterintelligence had detained another agent of the russian military intelligence (‘the GRU’) in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The perpetrator guided russian artillery and drone strikes on Nikopol.

Based on evidence collected by the Security Service and the Prosecutor’s Office, a pro-kremlin agitator exposed in Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv region, in April 2024, has been sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment and confiscation of property.

The SSU Counterintelligence and investigators have prevented a series of terrorist attacks in the Odesa region. Following an operation in Izmail, an enemy agent has been detained. Acting on russia’s orders, she had been planning to carry out car bombings targeting the Defence Forces near the administrative buildings of Ukrainian military and law enforcement agencies.
