SBU detains members of cyber group which attempted to sell mobile monitoring system

Cyber-specialists and investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine detected in Kyiv members of an organized group who were trying to sell a powerful special technical device of secretly obtaining information for almost half a million euros. Allegedly, the group consisted of several residents of the capital, including technical and IT specialists. The defendants, using high-tech equipment, illegally developed a mobile monitoring system for sale. This device allows to record information in all ranges of mobile communication, including wiretapping of telephone conversations and monitoring of Internet traffic.

Following SSU investigation, enemy agent sentenced to 15 years in prison for attempt to blow up post office in downtown Zaporizhzhia

Based on evidence collected by the Security Service of Ukraine, an agent of russian military intelligence (‘the GRU’), detained in February 2024 in Zaporizhzhia, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.
