The Security Service and the Prosecutor General’s Office have dismantled two criminal schemes within the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine. SSU detains smugglers who on russia’s behalf attempted to smuggle drone with explosives into Odesa for terrorist attack

In cooperation with the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and with the assistance of the Commander of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service prevented new attempts by ruscists to carry out a terrorist attack in Odesa. As a result of pre-emptive efforts, the smugglers acting on the FSB’s behalf have been detained. They were planning to deliver a fibre-optic-controlled strike UAV equipped with explosives to the port city.

Fulfilling the tasks set by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the SSU’s Alfa Special Operations Centre has hit the Yaroslavl-3 oil pumping station, which has its tank farm, in the Yaroslavl region, russia, as well as the gas terminal at the port of Temryuk in the Krasnodar krai.
