The Security Service of Ukraine has apprehended another agent of russia’s federal security service who operated in Kharkiv. The perpetrator was preparing IEDs for terrorist attacks and adjusted the aggressor’s missile and bomb strikes on the city.
The Security Service of Ukraine has prevented a series of new terrorist attacks in Kyiv. As a result of a special operation, an enemy agent who was preparing to blow up cars belonging to servicemen of the Defense Forces has been detained.
In Luhansk region, the SBU found two militants’ caches with weapons. In particular, SBU officers seized 15 long-range artillery shells, each of which contained 16 kilos of hexogen (high-power explosive).
In Chernivtsi region, the SBU prevented the illegal sale of firearms, ammunition and explosives.
SBU officers detected cache with military destruction means and explosive substances in the territory of a military training ground located in Oleshkivskyi district of Kherson region.
Since the start of 2021, the SSU has seized 476 weapons, almost 183,000 rounds of ammunition, 384 kg of explosives and 417 explosive devices. Overall, 18 cases of weapons smuggling and 10 arms caches have been exposed.
The operation of the SSU Counterintelligence has led to conviction of a member of the so-called ‘DNR’ IAF. The court sentenced him to 11 years and 10 months in prison. The criminal attempted to carry out an act of sabotage at an energy facility in the JFO area.

Due to proactive efforts, the SSU detained an agent who was preparing a simultaneous explosion at the administrative building of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and a car parked nearby.
