Allegedly, a citizen of a post-Soviet country, living in Ukraine, used the Internet to distribute spread calls for illegal actions. The attacker posted in his profile information about the possible domination of the so-called “Slavic state” over other ethnic groups. He also disseminated provocative articles affronting the honor and dignity of the national minorities.
