SBU cyber specialists exposed real estate fraud belonging to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and one of the higher educational institutions of the city of Zhytomyr. The state registrar illegally interfered in the register of property rights to get the real estate unit out of the state property. This propery is in the city center with an area of 1,200 square meters, and its estimated cost is almost UAH 9 m.
