Zakarpattia region: SBU exposes agitprops disseminating anti-Hungarian leaflets

The SBU exposed three organizers of the distribution of anti-Hungarian leaflets, who turned out to be internally displaced persons from the city of Luhansk. The suspects agreed to carry out subversive activities by the orders of Russian curators for as little as USD 500.

SBU detains “DNR” spy near contact line

The SBU detained a member of an IAF of the “DNR” terrorist organization. The militant was trying to reconnoiter the area of the contact line. Allegedly, his task was to obtain information about the location and combat power of the Ukrainian Army.

SBU prevents smuggling of automatic weapon parts to Ukraine

The SBU blocked illicit channel of firearm components trafficking to Ukraine. The smuggler used the obtained parts to bring into combat readiness submachine guns of a foreign type for criminals.

The SBU exposed and blocked the network of Internet agitprops and a bot farms in Odesa city. The attackers spread false information aimed at instigation of international hatred and supporting separatism.

SBU exposes UAH 4 m embezzlement by officials from Cherkasy region

The SBU suspects officials of a district state administration in Cherkasy region of corruption. Allegedly, they conspired with a manager of an agricultural company and stole about UAH 4 m (USD 144,000) allocated within the national horticultural program.

The SBU Archive is the largest state institution in the post-Soviet space with open access to documents. In particular, it contains many previously unknown records about World War II.

SBU exposes offenders on counterfeiting fuel

The SBU blocked an underground production and sale of poor-quality petroleum products in Kirovohrad region. To increase the profit, the offenders diluted diesel fuel with gas condensate. Such activity caused the state losses and threatened technogenic safety.

The SBU exposed and documented a corrupt head of a united territorial community of Kyiv region. The official jointly with a deputy of the district council and a mediator tried to fraudulently obtain UAH 2.6 m. (USD 92,857).

“Only from the territory of the Russia, 7,000 employees of special services are engaged in reconnaissance and subversive activities against Ukraine on a regular basis,” claimed the SBU Head Ivan Bakanov at the All-Ukrainian Forum “Ukraine 30”, which was devoted to security.

The SBU exposed an international criminal group that sold a counterfeit COVID-19 vaccine. The offenders advertised their services and claimed that they could supply Pfizer vaccine.

SBU exposes offenders leaking information on investigative actions

The SBU blocked unauthorized interference in the work of court decisions registration, in particular, on procedural measures with limited access. The Dnipro residents leaked information about the planned searches conducted by law enforcement officers to the individuals involved in criminal proceedings. SBU officers established that the clients of the scheme organizers were the leaders of the criminal group.
